Institute for Nursing Leadership (INL)
Opening Session

About the INL Opening Session

Courageous Careers: Action through Boldness and Humility

The 2023 INL Opening Session features nursing leaders who will describe how they faced challenging situations, weighted by controversy, and took action to support the health of communities. Through their stories, attendees will be inspired by the power of evidence, partnerships, mentoring, leadership, and policy to shape meaningful change. These nursing leaders took bold action, overcame vulnerability, and defined their own success. In doing so, they demonstrated human-centered leadership that requires humility, respect, and inclusivity for others to follow their vision. Registration for the INL Opening Session is included in the Health Policy Conference registration.
