Zi-Rong Tian is the Director of the Nursing Department at Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University. She's the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Nursing Society's Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Professional Committee, the Vice Dean of Capital Medical University's Clinical Nursing School, and the President of the Sino-German International Wound School (Beijing) Training School. Professor Tian established China's first "laryngeal cancer rehabilitation nursing clinic" and conducted comprehensive rehabilitation training for patients, significantly enhancing their quality of life and promoting this model nationwide. She led the creation of the "Nasal Irrigation Nursing Technology" group standard and was the deputy editor of the national undergraduate textbook "Nursing of Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology", and she established a national training system for ENT, head and neck surgery specialized nurses, training over 1,000 nurses. She also initiated the "Internet + wound care" model, established 22 wound alliance bases, offering convenient, professional nursing services. She received her BM from China Medical University, a MSN from Peking Union Medical College, and is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing degree at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
