Tracy Vitale serves as Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs, overseeing clinical and academic practice partnerships. As a national leader in DNP education, she is recognized for her transformative contributions that have redefined the landscape of nursing education. Dr. Vitale's work bridges academic innovation with clinical relevance, ensuring DNP graduates are prepared to lead sustainable, system-level change. Through her national recognition and efforts, she continues to influence DNP education and practice across the country. Her co-authored textbook offers a practical, step-by-step approach to implementing DNP projects that advance quality improvement science and improve health outcomes. Her leadership in state and national organizations has helped shape the national dialogue on the role of nurses in education, practice, and policy. She has held leadership roles in the New Jersey State Nurses Association and the Organization of Nurse Leaders of New Jersey, and serves as a manuscript reviewer for a number of peer-reviewed nursing journals. She is also a subject matter expert for Wolters Kluwer Lippincott Professional Development. Dr. Vitale received her BSN from The College of New Jersey, her MSN from the University of Phoenix, and her DNP from Rutgers University.
