Nancye Feistritzer

Nancye Feistritzer serves as the Vice President for the Emory Healthcare Center for Care Delivery and Innovation (CCDI) and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Emory University Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Dr. Feistritzer provides executive leadership for enterprise design and deployment of innovative systems of care. Grounded in professional governance, relational leadership, and digital integration, the CCDI is developing new care delivery models and roles for the future of nursing practice using AI powered predictive models and digital tools. She co-chairs the Emory Predictive Model Workgroup charged with development and implementation of predictive model clinical practice and artificial intelligence governance. Dr. Feistritzer formerly served as the CNO for the Magnet® designated Emory University Hospital leading 1,500 nurses. She oversaw nursing care of the first patients with Ebola virus disease in the US and co-developed and disseminated best practices for care of patients with novel infectious agents. She serves on the Georgia Organization for Nurse Leaders (GONL) Board, the Workforce Advisory Committee of the Georgia Board of Nursing and was named the GONL Transformational Leader in 2019. Dr. Feistritzer received her DNP from Vanderbilt University, her MSN from George Mason University and her BSN from Western Kentucky University.
