Giancarlo Lyle-Edrosolo serves as the Interim Division Chief Nursing Officer at Advocate Health and the Market Chief Nurse Executive for Atrium Wake Forest Baptist, where he directs nursing strategy and operations across 40 hospitals and the continuum of care in North Carolina and Georgia. He is also an Associate Professor at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Dr. Lyle-Edrosolo is a nationally recognized leader whose initiatives have strengthened financial literacy and business case development among both frontline and executive nurses. Through the implementation of innovative education programs, practical toolkits, and national fellowships, his efforts have resulted in notable improvements in workforce retention, quality outcomes, and strategic investment in nursing shaping leadership development nationwide. His achievements have been acknowledged with several honors, including the ANA/C Public Policy Award, the Pamela Austin Thompson Early Careerist Award, and induction as a Fellow of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (FAONL). Dr. Lyle-Edrosolo holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
