Earl Dalton, Chief Nursing Officer at Health Carousel, has over 30 years of acute hospital experience in various leadership roles from Adult Health to Emergency and Critical care. Mr. Dalton is a globally recognized nursing leader whose work has advanced healthcare locally and internationally. As President of the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations (NATHO), he champions ethical recruitment and professional standards across the industry. Through his leadership at Health Carousel International, he has spearheaded nurse training initiatives, global recognition programs with the DAISY Foundation, and specialty education in critical care. His collaborations in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East have strengthened nurse leadership and education worldwide. He is also a member of the Joint Commission’s Staffing advisory and technical council. And is a member of the American Staffing Association (ASA) Healthcare Staffing Section and is an ASA mentor and official spokesperson for the association. Mr. Dalton has spoken internationally and internationally at such events as the AMSN, AACN, and NACHR conferences. He has maintains a certification as a Nurse Executive Advanced Board Certified (NEA-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and earned a Master in Health Administration and a Master in the Science of leadership from Pfeiffer University and Bachelor in the Science of Nursing (BSN) from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
