Dilice Robertson

Dilice Robertson is a Clinical Associate Professor and Program Director of the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing. As a national expert in child, adolescent, and perinatal mental health, Dr. Robertson is the founder of Lifespan Collaborative Services, a community-based psychiatric practice serving thousands of underserved youth and families across Connecticut and New York. Dr. Robertson has led innovative curriculum development across academic institutions, including the launch of Yale’s first online PMHNP program which tripled enrollment by expanding access to high-quality training nationwide and the redesign of clinical and didactic training to directly address the national shortage of psychiatric providers. Dr. Robertson developed a K-12 wellness curriculum that reduced school discipline rates, and co-created a trauma-informed program in Jamaica for youth in juvenile justice settings. Her leadership has advanced access to culturally responsive care, strengthened community partnerships, and expanded workforce training both locally and globally. Dr. Robertson is a Public Voices Fellow and active member of multiple organizations, contributing to policy, mentorship, and curriculum reform. Dr. Robertson earned her BS in Biochemistry and MA in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, MSN from Yale University, and DNP from Fairfield University.
