Rhonda R. Foster-Smith is a distinguished healthcare consultant and coach renowned for her transformative influence on organizational improvement. Dr. Foster-Smith is passionate and committed to developing others and fostering collaboration. A prolific author and thought leader, Dr. Foster-Smith contributes to publications on nursing, leadership, DEIB, and quality improvement. She develops executive fellowship programs and management curricula, enhancing healthcare leadership worldwide. Her commitment to community service and advocacy drives her to foster a holistic impact on healthcare and beyond. As a nurse executive, she spearheaded significant advocacy initiatives and fostered innovation. Including launching a community collaboration tutoring program that led to 26 years of service learning at Bowling Green State University; to one organizations food drive yielding 70,000 servings increasing to 21 organizations and 19 million servings.
