Ninotchka Brydges is an accomplished nurse practitioner and educator. She has extensive experience as a lead advanced practice provider, an adjunct faculty at the University of Texas Medical Branch and previously at MD Anderson Cancer Center. In addition, she has a strong background in research and has made significant contributions to the field, particularly in critical care and oncology. She has co-authored and edited over 25 chapters in the "Oncologic Critical Care" textbook and has profoundly impacted the practice of over 35,000 nurses worldwide. Dr. Brydges serves as the Accredited Provider Program Director of the Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA), overseeing the delivery of at least 60 blended webinars to more than 10,000 nurses globally. She has awarded over 200 thousand continuing education hours focusing on clinical practice innovations, mentoring programs, and diversity awareness training. Her exceptional leadership led to her receiving the prestigious ANCC Premier award. She is also involved in national committees focused on leadership development and continuing education. Dr. Brydges holds a PhD and MBA from Texas Woman's University, a DNP and MSN from the University of Texas Health Science Center, a BSN from Iloilo Doctor's College, and a BS in Biology from Western Visayas State University, Philippines.
