Lingli Li, through leading the orthopedic team in perioperative complication research and practice reform, has significantly reduced the incidence of perioperative venous thrombosis, acute pain, and sleep disorders, thereby ensuring the safety of patients during the perioperative period. This successful experience has been adopted by more than twenty tertiary hospitals, yielding substantial social and economic benefits. In the field of public service, Dr. Li led her team in medical rescue efforts during the Wenchuan earthquake and the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also integrated perioperative care reform experiences with local medical conditions in the medical aid to Xinjiang and Tibet Autonomous Regions. By leading local hospital nursing departments in systematic reforms of nursing quality, nursing systems, and nursing research, and by strengthening specialized nursing construction, she has contributed to reducing disparities in medical standards between regions. As an educator, she has led the development of interdisciplinary nursing courses and assisted in building a public platform for interdisciplinary studies, fostering students' interdisciplinary research thinking and innovative spirit, thereby significantly enhancing their research capabilities. Dr. Li received her bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Sichuan University.
