Linda Zieman is a senior nursing executive currently working at Hospital for Special Surgery and serving as an adjunct associate professor at Pace Lienhard School of Nursing. Dr. Zieman is an active member of the Emergency Nurses Associations Leadership Committee with a focus on workforce management and leadership. She is also a Coldiron Senior Nurse Executive Fellowship Program through Case Western Reserve University. Through her involvement with these national organizations, Dr. Zieman continues to promote the professional practice of nursing through innovation, advocacy, mentorship, and education. Dr. Zieman completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at MGH Institute for Health Professions in 2021 and holds a master’s degree in business management and leadership, and a master’s in nursing leadership in Health Systems Management. Her certifications include a clinical certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and a leadership certification (NEA-BC). Dr. Zieman is a nationally recognized nursing workforce expert, applying innovative capacity projection modeling to achieve ideal staff, patient, and organizational outcomes and has published in this area.
