Linda F. Robinson is an Executive Nursing Excellence Consultant and certified patient experience professional with MDM Healthcare. Ms. Robinson is a transformative leader, driving landmark legislation to address workplace violence and creating system-wide strategies to enhance quality and safety in patient and family-centered care. During her career at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, she was pivotal in national efforts to combat violence against emergency department (ED) nurses, co-authoring the first national study on the issue and contributing to key resources. She led the successful passage of Kentucky's SB-58 and SB-42, which expanded protections for ED and hospital workers, earning her the title of Kentucky Colonel. Her achievements include creation of the “Levels of Awareness” tool, recognition as the ANCC Magnet Nurse of the Year (2012), Greater Cincinnati Business Courier Journal Healthcare Hero Award (2018), and multiple awards from professional organizations. As a member of the Kentucky Nurses Association Governmental Affairs Cabinet, she develops future nurse leaders and consults with top health systems. She pioneered PX Space, a global nurse driven healthcare podcast, as VP of Clinical Excellence at MDM Healthcare. This platform has reached audiences in 49 countries, featuring interviews with over 50 healthcare leaders. Ms. Robinson received her BSN from Thomas More College and her MSN from Northern Kentucky University.
