As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA) and the Foundation of the NSNA (FNSNA), Kenya D. Williams leads the strategic and operational direction of these organizations with a vision of empowering future leaders in nursing. With nearly two decades of experience in association management and healthcare administration, Dr. Williams has a proven track record of driving organizational growth, enhancing member engagement, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Before her current role, Dr. Williams served as the Deputy Executive Director of NSNA. Her educational background is extensive and well-rounded, including an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from St. Louis Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Virginia, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Creighton University. Dr. Williams holds the prestigious Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Registered Parliamentarian (RP) credentials, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the highest association leadership and governance standards. She is also a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine.
