Jill Hoggard Green has served as President and CEO of The Queen's Health System (QHS) since 2019. She leads Hawaii's preeminent health system comprising five hospitals and more than 159 primary care and specialty healthcare locations and labs throughout the Pacific region. QHS is Hawaii's largest private employer with more than 8,400 employees and more than 1,700 physicians in a statewide network. During Dr. Hoggard Green's tenure, QHS improved the quality of care it delivers, significantly retained and increased the number of nurses and other healthcare professionals at rates well above national averages, grew market share and rolled out promising innovations at a rapid pace. Additionally, Dr Hoggard Green led QHS' three party Affliation Agreement with the University of Hawai'i John Burns School of Medicine creating the Queen's University Medical Group which has grown to 745 providers with 555 physicians and 190 Advance Practice Providers across 80 clinics. Dr. Hoggard Green has dedicated her life to improving patient care and was named one of the 50 Most Influential Clinical Executives by Modern Healthcare in 2021.
