Elizabeth A. (Lizzie) Scruth is the Executive Director for Clinical Quality Programs, Data Analytics and Tele Critical Care at Northern California Kaiser Permanente Hospitals and Health Plan. Dr. Scruth oversees many quality programs including Sepsis, Stroke, Virtual Pediatrics, Advance Alert Monitor, Virtual Nursing and Tele Critical Care. She also serves as volunteer clinical faculty for the University of San Francisco California School of Physiological Nursing- Clinical Nurse Specialist Program, and the University of Colorado CNS program. Dr. Scruth recently served as Chair of the Certification Board of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses cumulating a service of eight years as a director on the board. Dr. Scruth serves on multiple committees with the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Scruth holds a PhD from the Australian Catholic University and a MN and MPH from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia. She also completed a post master's certificate in Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Nursing at the University of San Francisco - California.
