Edwidge J. Thomas is a board certified Doctoral-prepared NP, healthcare executive, clinician, educator, strategic, and visionary leader successfully led the Mount Sinai DSRIP network to achieve nearly $400 million incentive award for Medicaid delivery redesign, and now serving as VP of Clinical Solutions at Northwell Holdings, for-profit fully owned subsidiary of Northwell Health. Dr. Thomas is the clinical lead providing strategic clinical guidance on healthcare solutions investments, business development, product ideas, commercial launch, joint venture opportunities, and strategic partnerships for the betterment of patient care quality and outcomes, experience as well as improving efficiency in care delivery and health equity through digital and virtual health and AI while creating value and contributing to the overall success of Northwell Health. She has a BS in Nursing at Rutgers University, Masters and Doctorate in Nursing from Columbia University, Masters in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Service Research from Cornell University. Dr. Thomas is a fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and active board member in Nursing Education Fund as vice president, Columbia University School of Nursing Board of Visitors, Chair of Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies Advisory Board, Community Healthcare Network, and Elsevier Foundation.
