Changying Chen is the Director of Academic Department of Henan Hospital Management Research Institute, a PhD/Master's Supervisor from Zhengzhou University. Dr. Chen serves as a member of the Nursing Teaching Steering Committee of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Nursing professional Certification Working Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Chinese Nursing Association, a deputy director of the nursing Education Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, a hospital management and nursing expert of the Health Department of Henan Province. She also serves as the editorial board member of Chinese Nursing Journal and PLA Nursing Journal. Her research interests include cardiovascular nursing, oncology nursing, nursing management, and nursing education. She has been to Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong, Hannover Hospital in Germany, Roswell Park Hospital in the United States, the Norwegian National Tumor Hospital and National Hospital, and Massachusetts General Hospital in the United States for further study. Dr. Chen received her BSN and MS from Henan Medical University, her PhD from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
