Binchun Hu is the 27th Vice President of the Chinese Nurses Association and the President of the Zhejiang Nursing Association. During her 15 years at Zhejiang Nursing Association, she has dramatically improved the nurses' welfare and status by making recommendations to the local authorities, standardizing the nursing management and practice, improving the nursing quality, establishing a standardized specialty practice nurses training system, and launching the "Internet + nursing Service." She founded and once served as the head of the Zhejiang Medical Quality Evaluation Organization, made a positive contribution to increasing the weight of nursing indicators in hospital accreditation criteria and narrowing the gap of nursing quality among hospitals. She took charge of the compilation of nursing management standards and practice protocols, established the provincial nursing quality index reporting information platform. During her 5-year tenure as Vice president of the Chinese Nursing Association, she pioneered the "Internet + nursing service" model and promoted it nationwide. She organized the International Specialty Nurse Conference to expand the global vision of nurses. The seven conferences have attracted nearly 10000 participants. Ms. Hu graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2003.
