Liping Jiang is Chief of Nursing Officer (CNO) at Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine and professor at School of Nursing, Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Dr. Jiang is an outstanding scholar, educator and administrator in China and oversea. Her contributions is in advancing nursing research, practice, policy and education in the field of pressure injuries and wound care. Through the achievements at biological mechanisms and clinical practice, her researches had shown significantly of the potential crucial factors lead to develop pressure injuries at molecular level, and lead to a therapeutic treatment in developing. Meanwhile, Dr. Jiang is knowledgeable committed to widespread dissemination of her research, and intensely interested in education. She organized education programs on nursing specialist training at wound, stormy, and continence care to promote practical applications in China and oversea. Dr. Jiang is also committed to standardized treatment strategy for patients’ benefits. she created standard texts on pressure injuries prevention and wound care, and extended her efforts through dissemination on a global scale. Dr. Jiang has combined her expertise in nursing and would care as well as the healthcare policy by providing write papers for national and provincial governments, in addition, she authored several book chapters and numerous journal articles in wound care and aging health.

Dr. Liping Jiang, received her BSN from school of Nursing, Zhejiang University, her Master of Nursing degree at the Fudan University in Shanghai, her PhD degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China.
